Testimonial Release Agreement

By submitting a testimonial you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally authorize Rural Meanings (hereinafter “Organization”) to use your name, biographical information, and testimonial provided for the purpose of promoting Organization’s services or for any other lawful purpose.

You understand that providing the testimonial is voluntary, and you have no obligation to write it. You also understand that you are not entitled to compensation for the testimonial, and that you will not be notified of distribution if your testimonial is used. 

You understand that your testimonial may be edited for clarity, accuracy, or length. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your name, biographical information, or testimonial may be used. 

You hereby release and forever discharge Organization from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, or other authorized persons may have by reason of this authorization and release. 

No party’s failure to enforce the terms of this agreement shall constitute a waiver of such terms. This agreement shall be binding in full force and effect as though no forbearance or failure to enforce had occurred. 

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement, and all other provisions shall remain in full force. 

This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Alberta, Canada.
