PLR Agreement for Rural Meanings

The use of the digital template or pattern (the “Item”) is subject to the following license agreement and terms of use (“The Agreement”). Please review The Agreement before you purchase or download any Items. By purchasing the Item, you agree to be bound by The Agreement. We reserve the right to modify The Agreement and the licensing terms of use set forth therein at any time. Any legal action will take place in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Upon purchase of this item, you will be granted a limited, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use the item for your own personal use and to resell the item to third parties after customization in a flattened PDF or JPG format for their individual use as expressly permitted by The Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that you can brand the item as your own; you cannot claim copyright; you cannot sell the item as Private Label Right (PLR) or commercial use product to third parties; you can not sell the Canva template; you cannot use Rural Meanings name or brand on your finished product.

Templates You Can:

  • Use the item for your own personal use or to resell to third parties after customization in a flattened PDF or JPG format for their own personal use.
  • Edit and customize the item by changing the colours, fonts, graphics, and elements.
  • Brand the customized flattened PDF or JPG as your own.

Templates You Cannot:

  • Resell, redistribute, or give away AS IS.
  • Sell the item as Private Label Rights (PLR) or commercial use.
  • Use Rural Meanings name or brand on your finished product.
  • Use this item in any way that is illegal, pornographic, or damaging of Rural Meanings reputation.

Patterns You Can:

  • Use for your own personal use or to resell to third parties after customization in a flattened PDFs or JPGs format for their own personal use.
  • Customize by using the patterns in your own designs (printables, planners, party kits, stickers, etc.)
  • Customize by recoloring, cropping, layering, or combining them with other graphics or text to create unique end products. 

Patterns You Cannot:

  • Resell, redistribute, or give away AS IS.
  • Sell the pattern as Private Label Rights (PLR) or commercial use.
  • Sell the pattern set as a standalone product.
  • Use Rural Meanings name or brand on your finished product.
  • Use the pattern in any way that is illegal, pornographic, or damaging of Rural Meanings reputation.

Graphics: Graphics used to create the templates or patterns may use clipart by Peaceful Passive Income under it's licensing terms. These may not be extracted or reused for other products.

Disclosure: Any product, website, and company names mentioned and its content are the trademarks or copyright properties of their respective owners. At times Rural Meanings may be affiliated or associated with the product, website, or company. The item and and products used to create the item may be created with AI Generated Content.
