Biz Campfire Membership

By purchasing or participating in Biz Campfire Membership (hereinafter the “Program”), you, the purchaser (hereinafter “Member”) enters an agreement with Rural Meanings ("Company") and agree to the following terms:
Membership Deliverables
The Program is a monthly membership. All content is provided digitally. Rural Meanings agrees to provide the content as promised on the Program checkout page, which includes:
- Campfire Chats- Group coaching, strategy, and connection via Voxer. Always open for you to drop questions, wins, and ideas into at any time. Responses at least twice weekly.
- Trailside Messages- 1:1 Voxer Days every 2nd Friday between 9am to 4pm PST. These casual messages mean you can drop in with your questions when it works for you throughout the day.
- PLR of the Month- Free access to a Rural Meanings PLR template chosen to help you take action. Giving you a quick win & confidence.
- Email Promotion- A chance to share your offer, grow your audience, and cheer on your campfire besties.
- Wandering Workbook Vault- A collection of printable business workbooks for product creation, email marketing, and visibility through collaboration.
Email Promotion
This is NOT a solo email, there may be other members promotions. Member must submit their offer to Rural Meanings via the provided form in the membership or email (hello@ruralmeanings.com) before the month's end for promotion to be granted. Email promotion will occur once within the first 7 days of the following month. Rural Meanings has the right to refuse promotion of any content, product, or service that Rural Meanings determines to be morally unethical, unlawful, or misaligned with personal or professional values. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Member grants Rural Meanings a revocable, non-exclusive, temporary license to use Member's trademarks, logos, and provided materials in connection with solo email promotion sent by Rural Meanings.
Disclaimer
Rural Meanings Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Member understands that Rural Meanings will be providing educational content to Member and that Rural Meanings obligations under this Agreement exist only while Member is a paying member of the Program. Rural Meanings obligations will cease once Member or Rural Meanings cancels Member’s membership. Member understands that Rural Meanings is not providing one-on-one service on behalf of Member. Member understands AI-Generated Content may be used. Rural Meanings products are NOT available to customers in the European Union (EU).
Rural Meanings assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, or contrary interpretation, and makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, relevance, validity, reliability, availability, timeliness or completeness of any information. Client agrees to use judgment and conduct due diligence to verify any information obtained from the coaching before taking any action or implementing any suggestions or recommendations.
Additional Campfire Chats Disclaimer
Client understands in group coaching Rural Meanings assumes no responsibility for others actions and can not be held accountable.
Affiliate Links Disclosure
Rural Meanings may suggest affiliate offers at times. Rural Meanings may have a financial relationship with these merchants. Some links may be affiliate links, which means Rural Meanings may get compensated at no extra cost to you if you make a purchase through a link. Rural Meanings can not be held liable or responsible for any damages or outcomes resulting from your purchase.
Payment
In consideration of Member’s access to the Program, Member agrees to pay the sales page price, unless specified agreement has been made. Member hereby authorizes Rural Meanings to charge Member automatically as part of Member’s payment plan.
No Refunds
Rural Meanings has a strict no refund policy on the Program. Member understands and agrees to this.
Cancellation
Member may cancel their payment plan for the Program at any time. Member understands that they will lose all access to the program including all content and any other live support and/or community support. Rural Meanings may cancel Member’s Program at any time for any reason.
No Master Resell Rights. No Private Label Rights.
Master Resell Rights and Private Label Rights are not available for this membership. Member understands that no rights of reproduction are transferred by this Agreement. Member agrees not to create any derivative works of the content found in the Program.
Intellectual Property
Rural Meanings owns the rights to all content in the Program such as audios, texts in the forms of guides, books, explanations and the like, as well as other graphics, logos, images, downloads, and other like materials. Member’s participation in the Program does not transfer any intellectual property rights to Member. Rural Meanings grants Member a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to any and all Program content.
Force Majeure
Rural Meanings shall not be liable or responsible to Member, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Rural Meanings including, without limitation, acts of God, death, illness, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion, or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot, or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to either party’s workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage.
Independent Contractor
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. Rural Meanings agrees only to provide Member with access to the Program, which provides education, information, and promotional opportunities. The information contained in the Program, including any interactions with Rural Meanings, is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, professional advice.
Severability
If any provision of this Contract shall be declared invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed eliminated from this Contract, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Liability
Member absolves Rural Meanings of any and all liability of loss member may suffer or incur as a result of use of the program and/or any information and resources contained in the program. To the extent permitted by law, member agrees that Rural Meanings shall not be liable to you for any type of damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable, or consequential loss or damages for use of the Program.
Warranty
Rural Meanings makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services, and related graphics contained in the Program for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all such information, software, products, services, and related graphics are provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind. Rural Meanings and/or its suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products, services, and related graphics, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Assignment
Member may not assign this Agreement without express written consent of Rural Meanings.
Modification
Rural Meanings may modify terms of this agreement at any time. All modifications shall be posted on the Rural Meanings website.
Indemnification
Member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rural Meanings, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of Member’s use of or inability to use the Program and related services, any user postings made by Member, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or Member’s violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
Dispute Resolution
Member expressly waives any and all claims, now or in the future, arising out of or relating to the Program. To the extent Member attempts to assert any such claim, Member hereby expressly agrees to present such claim only in the small claims courts in Calgary, Alberta.
